Meet Darlene

Hello, my name is Darlene and I've been part of the AquaPhoenix Marketing Department for two years. The best part of my job is creating fun, cool graphics for our education team. Prior to working at AquaPhoenix, I spent four years creating conceptual designs for the Girl Scouts and six years working as a graphic artist in the tradeshow industry.

Something most people don't know about me is that I love vegan cooking. Coming from a meat and potatoes family, I have spent a year teaching myself how to cook and prepare plant-based meals. It's been a bit of a challenge but rewarding at the same time.

When I'm not at work, I am with my five-month-old rotty... who is already over 70 lbs! Since he requires lots of exercise, we are always hiking or doing something fun outdoors. He is a handful but doing a great job in helping me to stay in shape.
